Thanks, but that doesn't really help. There are "straight-flushing" toilets in the US too. Find a "regular" toilet and see what happens there. And I don't care if you have to pee all over Melbourne to do it.
I searched the entire country for a year, and there are NO swirling toilets! I even would occasionally fill my sink then let the water out just to see what would happen (it was inconclusive). So, the mystery remains...
